GujaratCorp may rely on the information and documents provided by the client unless there is a reasonable basis to identify an apparent discrepancy.

4. Accuracy of Information and Documents

The client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of information and documents provided to GujaratCorp.

GujaratCorp is not responsible for delays, rejection, additional requirements or other consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading or unauthorised information or documents supplied by the client.

Where clarification or additional documentation is requested by the relevant authority, the client may be required to provide the same before the process can proceed.

5. Government and Third-Party Authorities

Many GujaratCorp services involve government departments, statutory authorities, registries, banks, payment gateways, professional bodies or other third parties.
