Startup India Registration

Eligibility
Eligibility Criteria For Startup India Registration is as follows
- The startup should be registered as a private limited company, a registered partnership firm, or limited liability partnership (LLP) under the relevant Indian laws.
- The startup should have been incorporated in India not more than ten years ago from the date of application.
- The startup should be working towards innovation, development, or improvement of products, processes, or services, or should have a scalable business model with a high potential for employment generation or wealth creation.
Process
Procedure to get DPIIT Certificate
- Incorporation of the Business:
- Register your business entity with the appropriate authorities as per the regulations in India. This typically involves registering with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for companies or with the respective Registrar of Firms for LLPs or Partnership Firms.
- Registering Business with the Startup India Scheme:
- Fill in the required details to register your business under the Startup India scheme. You will need to provide information about your business, founders, and other relevant details.
- Apply for Startup Recognition:
- Fill out the application form with accurate details about your business, including information about your innovation, scalability, employment generation potential, etc.
- Attach any required documents, such as proof of incorporation, recommendation letters (if applicable), intellectual property documents (if applicable), etc.
- Get the Startup Recognition Number:
